Roblox image sizes
Roblox uses two primary promotional image shapes for experiences: a wide 1920×1080 thumbnail and a square game icon of at least 512×512 pixels. Both recommendations come from the current Roblox Creator Hub.
Thumbnails are displayed at 16:9 and can carry more scene detail. Icons are compact identity marks that may shrink to roughly 150×150 pixels, so they need a simpler composition.

Roblox recommends 1920×1080 pixels at a 16:9 aspect ratio for experience thumbnails. The Creator Hub says uploaded thumbnails are stretched to 16:9 if the source uses another ratio; thumbnails uploaded through Home Page personalization must stay under 3MB.
