Executive summary slide templates

Executive summary slides that fit a board pack, a client readout or a quarterly review on one screen.

The executive summary is the slide most people in the room will actually read, and it is usually written last and laid out worst. These give it a structure that survives a two-minute skim: situation, action and result in three columns; a KPI strip over highlights and risks; one enormous number with a finding, a recommendation and a decision; a four-quadrant where-we-are board; a headline with three proofs; a left-rail numbered brief; a story arc; and a three-sentence tl;dr with metrics. Every figure and line is its own editable layer, so the numbers change without the layout moving.
