A committee reads for merit, need and fit with the donor's intent, usually against a checklist the application already handed you. These follow it: honours with the awarding body and year, leadership actually held rather than clubs joined, service hours totalled, financial or first-generation circumstances stated plainly, and the field of study the fund exists to support. Keep it consistent with the personal statement, and let stated rules on length and file naming outrank any layout preference.
